Shipping and Returns

How Shipping Works


Browse through our packages and select the items best for you and your family. There are no order minimum or monthly commitments.


Confirm that you are within the Free Shipping zone and place your order with us. We sell and ship only high-quality meat every time.


Our 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipping options guarantee quality and freshness. Yardley Premium Beef does not ship on Saturday or Sunday and cannot deliver on Sunday.

Shipping Carrier

We ship with UPS. You will receive an email when your order ships with your package’s tracking number. This email will also indicate which carrier is delivering the package.

We deliver within the United States except for Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories. Currently, we cannot process international orders or deliver to PO and APO/FPO Boxes.

Order Modifications

We are unable to make product modifications once an order has been confirmed. While we will make every attempt to fulfill requests to modify the Delivery Date, Address, Gift Note etc., before shipment, once an order is in processing mode, minimal changes are allowed to be made. All order modifications must be received during normal business hours. No modifications will be made for requests made on Saturday or Sunday. NO ORDER MODIFICATIONS CAN BE MADE 48 HOURS BEFORE SHIPMENT.

Returns and Refunds

Due to our product’s nature, we cannot take returns back into our shipment facility. If you feel a product you received does not meet our guarantee, please contact us at within 30 days of the receipt of your product, and our team will gladly assist you in beginning the refund/review process.

The review process will take no longer than 14 days from the date of initiation. Once a review has been completed a) replacement product will be shipped, b) a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, or c) store credit will be issued within 48 hours.

Order Policies

Order totals are estimated

Since many items are priced by the pound, your final total may be a little more or less than your order’s initial estimated total. Once finalized, your total will be charged to your credit card on file, and your receipt will be emailed.

Payment is required before delivery

We accept all major credit/debit cards as our sole payment method. When placing your first order, you will be prompted to add a credit card to your account. Once finalized, your order’s total will be charged to your card on file, and your receipt will be emailed.

Short stock items

Please understand that Yardley Premium Beef is a small farm, not a large warehouse. If an item becomes unavailable, your final total, as well as any applicable delivery fees, will be reduced.

Returns and Refunds

Shipments are processed Monday through Friday for Tuesday through Saturday delivery

No problem. The order will be left at the front door in an insulated box. Once you do arrive home we just ask that you would unpack your items as soon as you are able.

Our products are individually packaged and broken down into dry ice packages to maintain the highest quality. To help ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, each order is shipped using a recyclable shipper box lined with biodegradable insulated foam.

Orders outside our area will be shipped via UPS.

Because many items are charged by the pound we will not know your exact total until your order is packed at which time your card will be charged.

We offer Free Shipping and only applies to ground shipping within the 3-day shipping area. If your order is outside of the 3-day standard ground shipping area, please choose the second-day air option. Incorrect shipping selection may result in the cancelation of the order and reordering with the updated shipping option.
